Our goal is to motivate and inspire pupils as they progress through their reading journey.
We understand that a child’s reading skills are crucial to their success in school: they act as a vehicle with which to access the breadth and depth of curriculum.
Here at St Edward’s, reading is at the heart of our Academy, not only to ensure that our pupils achieve academically, but more importantly to foster a love of reading for pleasure that we will nurture and grow throughout their educational journey and beyond.
