Full Time Senior Site Technician – Fixed Term Contract Covering Sickness
37 Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday 7AM – 3PM
Salary Range: Grade 4 (SCP 5/6) Whole Year
Actual Annual Salary £23,500 – £23,893
The Post
We are looking to appoint an effective and flexible Senior Site Technician to join our
experienced site team on a full time, fixed term basis covering long term sickness.
The successful candidate will be required as soon as possible and will be responsible for
maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our school facilities, ensuring they are safe and
secure for pupils, staff and visitors.
The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Unlocking of the school premises including ad hoc lettings
• Winter maintenance tasks
• Health and Safety testing including firefighting equipment, water and lighting
• General cleaning tasks
• Caretaking and site maintenance duties
  Previous experience of working in a maintenance or health and safety environment would be
  desirable but not essential.
