8 Hours Per Week: Monday 7AM – 9AM // Tuesday – Friday 7AM – 8:30AM
Salary Range: Grade 2 (SCP 3) Whole Year
Salary £20,812 Pro Rata / Actual Annual Salary £4,500
The Post
We are looking to appoint an effective and flexible Janitor to join our experienced site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our school facilities, ensuring they are safe and secure for pupils, staff and visitors.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
• Unlocking of the school premises including ad hoc lettings
• Winter maintenance tasks
• Health and Safety testing including firefighting equipment, water and lighting
• General cleaning and maintenance tasks
Previous experience of working in a maintenance or health and safety environment would be desirable but not essential.
